Tragic Loss: Colorado Springs Community Parole Officer Killed in Line of Duty
A community parole officer was killed in the line of duty in Colorado Springs after being hit by a vehicle driven by Justin Kula, a parolee with a history of convictions including assaulting a peace officer.
