Fatal Motorcycle Crashes Reported in Multiple Locations.
One person died and another was injured in a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. The driver of the car was charged with failure to yield right-of-way. The deceased has been identified as Karl Wayne Moore, 22, of Pacolet. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is leading the investigation.
