Microsoft Releases Critical Security Updates for Windows 10 and 11 in August 2025
Microsoft released the KB5063709 cumulative update for Windows 10 22H2 and 21H2, which includes security patches, fixes for bugs affecting extended security updates enrollment, and other minor improvements. The update is mandatory and can be installed via Windows Update or manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog, updating the OS build to 19045.6216 or 19044.6216 respectively.
