College Football Players Arrested and Charged with Rape
A Saint Francis University football player, Kendal Marks, has been arrested on campus and charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and indecent assault. The victim alleged that Marks put his hand down her pants while they were watching a movie and the situation escalated from there. Marks was immediately suspended and a Title IX investigation is underway.
