Man Admits Attacking Rep. Angie Craig in DC Building.
Kendrid Hamlin pleaded guilty to assaulting US Rep. Angie Craig and two police officers who tried to arrest him after the incident. Hamlin faces up to 10 years in prison for assaulting Craig and up to six months in prison for each of the police assaults. Hamlin suffers from mental illness and homelessness, according to his attorney. Craig's office declined to comment.
