Kevin O’Leary Sued for Defamation Over Accusations of Foreign Agents
Two Utah residents, political strategist Gabi Finlayson and lawyer Josh Kanter, sued Kevin O’Leary for defamation after he accused them of acting as Chinese agents in connection with his planned data center near the Great Salt Lake; the plaintiffs say the claims were baseless (even by O’Leary’s own admission), caused online harassment and ruined their lives and businesses, and they seek compensation.
