Kimera Automobili’s K39 swaps its EVO37/38’s four-cylinder for a bespoke Koenigsegg twin-turbo V8, delivering 1,000 hp and 885 lb-ft, with a road version and a Pikes Peak race variant featuring aero upgrades and Martini Racing livery; production is tightly limited with over twenty allocations and no price yet revealed.
Kimera unveils the K-39, its first car developed entirely in-house, powered by a 986hp Koenigsegg V8. The design nods to Group 5 Lancia Beta Montecarlo with signature styling and a high-downforce aero setup, including an S-duct. The road-legal model will be joined by a stripped-down, Martini-liveried Pikes Peak variant; Kimera plans to build about 10 of these for the hill climb while keeping the road car, and has already allocated over 20 units. The V8 is tuned for response, OTA software updates could unlock more power as cars enter service, and production is limited.
