"Star Wars: KOTOR 2 DLC Cancelled Over Third Party Objection, Aspyr Reveals"
Developer Aspyr Media has stated that the free cut content DLC planned for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 on the Nintendo Switch was cancelled due to objections from a "third-party." The claim was made in response to an ongoing lawsuit filed by a consumer who argues that Aspyr and publisher Saber Interactive violated California consumer law by cancelling the DLC. Aspyr did not disclose the identity of the third party, leaving it unclear if it was Disney or another entity. Aspyr is currently seeking to have the lawsuit dismissed, and a hearing is scheduled for later this month.
