New York artist Tschabalala Self unveils Lady In Blue, a bronze-and-blue statue representing an ordinary contemporary Londoner, atop London's Fourth Plinth for two years, replacing Teresa Margolles’ Mil Veces un Instante, with the figure patinated in lapis lazuli pigment to honor everyday city life.
