Stadium Authority Greenlights $75 Million for Allegiant Stadium North Entry Upgrade
The Las Vegas Stadium Authority unanimously approved up to $75 million from the Waterfall Residual Fund for a roughly $158 million renovation of Allegiant Stadium’s North Entry to ease congestion and improve access for fans and traffic; the Raiders will fund the remaining costs outside the fund, with Grimshaw-design plans and construction expected to run from 2027 to 2028 ahead of the 2029 calendar year events.
