Taylor Swift announced a new single, 'Patient Zero,' with a Sept. 25 release, revealed via a countdown on her site and Instagram teasers; pre-orders run for 24 hours and three CD variants were teased (black double-sided cover, periwinkle acoustic, orange piano). She's set to receive the MTV VMAs Artist Director Honors on Sept. 27 and recently cameoed in a Law & Order SVU sketch.
