Lawsuit Filed Against Google Co-founder Brin Over Fatal Plane Crash
Sergey Brin, Google, and two other businesses are named in a lawsuit over the death of a pilot who attempted to ferry Brin's airplane to Fiji. The lawsuit alleges that a faulty fuel system modification led to the crash, and accuses Brin and his agents of delaying recovery efforts and leaving the pilots at the bottom of the ocean. The complaint seeks damages for emotional distress, economic damages, and negligence, among other claims.
