Booked Palette Las Vegas, Found It Was an OYO Hotel
A Utah woman booked what was advertised as Palette Las Vegas on Booking.com for a weekend trip, but upon arrival the property appeared to be the OYO Hotel & Casino—an establishment she had deliberately avoided due to negative reviews—and staff confirmed the listing had been used to lure bookings. OYO apologized, Booking.com removed Palette Las Vegas from its platform and is processing a refund, and Patino filed complaints with Booking.com, her bank and the BBB.
