Top Liveable Cities of 2023 Unveiled.
Vienna has been named the world's most liveable city for 2023 by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), followed by Copenhagen and Melbourne. The EIU ranked 173 cities based on factors such as healthcare, education, stability, infrastructure, and environment. Three Canadian cities - Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto - made it to the top 10, along with two Swiss cities - Zurich and Geneva. The average index score across 172 cities has reached the highest score in 15 years, with health care scores improving the most. The least liveable cities were Algiers, Tripoli, and Damascus.
