Driver charged in fatal wrong-way crash that killed LASD recruit and injured 24 others
Nicholas Gutierrez has been charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving causing injuries for a wrong-way crash in Whittier, California, that killed one Los Angeles County sheriff's recruit and injured 24 others.
