Six Flags Permanently Retires X2 Coaster After Decades of Injury Claims
Six Flags Magic Mountain has permanently closed its X2 rollercoaster following allegations that over 100 riders suffered brain injuries. The ride, which had been shut since July, is being retired despite passing safety tests, as the company cited a loss of guest confidence. Attorneys representing injured riders argue the closure is too late and are pursuing legal action for compensation.
