Bethesda Exec Reveals Surprising Gameplay Length and Multiplayer Status of Starfield
Bethesda's upcoming game Starfield reportedly takes around 130 hours to truly get going, according to Pete Hines, the head of publishing at Bethesda. Hines stated that it took him 80 hours to transition from side quests to focusing on the main quest, and an additional 50 hours to complete it. However, the game's director, Todd Howard, previously estimated that the main quest would take around 30-40 hours. Hines emphasized that there is no specific amount of time to fully experience Starfield, as he himself has played over 150 hours and still feels he hasn't come close to finishing it. The game will be available for Early Access on September 1 and officially released on September 6 for Xbox Series X/S and PC.
