The rental income would cover his mortgage payments for two years. The mansion is located about 30 minutes away from the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, where Rihanna gave her history-making performance and announced her second pregnancy. Malaspinas has since been offered "crazy amounts of money" to sell the property.
