Suns sign Duop Reath to bolster frontcourt as Williams is sidelined
Phoenix signs veteran center Duop Reath to add depth behind an injured Mark Williams. Reath, who spent the past three seasons with Portland after an overseas career, provides a reliable bench option and shot-blocking presence, though he isn’t expected to immediately displace young centers Khaman Maluach and Oso Ighodaro. Preseason begins Oct. 5 and the regular season on Oct. 21.
