The highest intraday price of Bitcoin on Binance.US reached as much as $28,600, while the intraday market price high amounted to $28,000. This comes after Binance suffered major withdrawal issues due to Bitcoin facing unusual mempool congestion, prompting the exchange to consider adding the Lightning Network to speed up transactions.
