The Green Bay Packers have signed linebacker Marvin Pierre, an undrafted rookie who was previously with the Cardinals. Pierre spent two seasons at Kent State and recorded impressive stats, including 149 total tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, an interception, and two forced fumbles. In a corresponding move, the Packers placed tight end Tyler Davis on injured reserve due to a torn ACL.
