The Washington State Patrol issued an AMBER Alert for 4-year-old Grace Susmilch after she was forcibly abducted Saturday in Kennewick by 41-year-old Matthew Susmilch. Grace is described as 3'4" tall, 40 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes; Matthew is 5'9", 209 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Vehicle unknown. Call 911 if seen.
