Markey, Clark Secure Wins in MA Primaries as Minogue Takes GOP Nomination
Massachusetts voters have concluded their primary elections, with incumbent Senator Ed Markey and Representative Katherine Clark securing their nominations for the U.S. Senate and House, respectively. In the state Senate race for the 2nd Middlesex District, Erika Uyterhoeven defeated Christine Barber. Michael Minogue won the Republican gubernatorial nomination to challenge incumbent Maura Healey. Several local state House seats were also decided, including victories for Ben Ewen-Campen and Will Mbah.
