Cold Case Cracked: Iowa Teen Identified as Victim of Notorious "Scorecard Killer" After 49 Years
The identity of an Iowa teen, believed to be one of the earliest victims of the notorious "Scorecard Killer" Randy Kraft, has been revealed after 49 years. The teen, previously known as "John Doe," has been identified as Michael Ray Schlicht of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Kraft, who is currently incarcerated, was convicted of killing 16 men in Orange County and is suspected of additional murders in California, Oregon, and Michigan. Schlicht's body was found in 1974, initially ruled as an accidental death, but subsequent similar deaths led investigators to reclassify them as homicides.
