Polish Documentary 'Closure' Explores the Endless Grief of a Father Searching for His Vanished Son
Michał Marczak’s new documentary 'Closure' follows Daniel Dymiński, a Polish father who has spent over two years searching the Vistula River for his teenage son, Krzysztof, who vanished from a bridge in 2023. The film avoids traditional true-crime tropes, instead focusing on the psychological toll of unresolved disappearance and the father’s struggle to find meaning in the absence of answers.
