"MidAmerican Energy: Iowa Power Outages May Last Until Saturday"
MidAmerican Energy has restored power to most of the nearly 45,000 customers affected by Friday morning's storms in Iowa, with less than 1,500 still without power as of Saturday morning. Crews, including additional teams from other counties, are working to restore the remaining outages, with full restoration expected by midnight Saturday. Safety and food preservation tips during power outages were also provided.
