Huskers Hammer Wichita State to Complete Midweek Sweep
Nebraska jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning and rode a strong bullpen to a 10-1 midweek win at Eck Stadium, completing a sweep of Wichita State. Jeter Worthley went 3-for-5 with two doubles and four runs; Case Sanderson added three RBIs; Dylan Carey had two RBIs on a 2-for-5 day; Drew Grego belted a two-run homer. Pryce Bender starters four innings, Tucker Timmerman earned the win, and the Huskers improved to 16-5. Nebraska returns to Big Ten play with a three-game series at Michigan (March 20-22).
