Supermassive and Midwinter Entertainment developing new Dead by Daylight games, including sci-fi horror spin-off.

Two new games are in production in the Dead by Daylight universe, one by Supermassive Games and the other by Midwinter Entertainment. Supermassive's game is expected to be heavy on narrative and choices, while Midwinter's game will tackle themes of greed and lust for power. These games, along with Dead by Daylight's dating simulator, comic collaboration, and feature film adaptation, will expand the game's universe of torment.

Supermassive and Midwinter Entertainment developing new Dead by Daylight games

Behaviour Interactive has announced two spin-off games for Dead by Daylight, including a story-based game from Until Dawn's Supermassive Games and a multiplayer PvE game from Midwinter Entertainment. The Supermassive Games title is said to offer "an intense narrative experience filled with powerful life-or-death choices set within the backdrop of Dead by Daylight." The Midwinter Entertainment game looks to "tackle themes of greed and lust for power, with teams of up to four players taking on a strange new corner of The Entity's Realm." No titles or release windows have been given for either game.

Behaviour Interactive has announced new projects in the Dead by Daylight universe in development at Supermassive Games and its own subsidiary Midwinter Entertainment. Supermassive Games is developing a new single-player interactive story game, while Midwinter Entertainment is developing a new multiplayer player-versus-environment game.
