Palantir Technologies has signed a deal with Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation to use its technology in reconstruction efforts, helping catalog and assess damages to buildings and infrastructure. The company already provides software to Ukraine for refugee resettlement. Palantir's stock rose 11% in premarket trading and has added 58% since its latest quarterly results.
