BBC Investigation Confirms Indonesian Teacher Convicted of Sexual Abuse Was Released Early
BBC Eye has confirmed through secret filming that Mochamad Subchi Azal Tsani, known as Bechi, a teacher convicted of sexually assaulting a student in Indonesia, was released early from prison. The Ministry of Immigration and Correction attributed the release to legal sentence reductions. Victims, including a woman named Ira, allege years of rape and abuse, but Bechi did not respond to the BBC's inquiries.
