Perez Hilton's self-harming TikTok livestream remained online for about 15–20 minutes due to a 'moderator error,' with law enforcement alerted and streams closed within 90 seconds after the automated moderation flagged them. Hilton, real name Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., appeared naked and covered in a red fluid while wielding a knife as co-hosts pleaded with him to stop.
