Two acts bow out of DC’s 250th birthday lineup after being listed
Two performers listed for the Freedom 250 celebration on the National Mall—Morris Day & The Time and Young MC—said they won’t attend after the lineup was released. Other acts remain on the bill for the Great American State Fair, which runs June 25–July 10, as organizers stress the event is nonpartisan and aims to unite Americans for the 250th anniversary.
