Rosneft Ryazan refinery halts after drone strike; repairs may take weeks
Rosneft's Ryazan oil refinery has suspended operations after a Ukrainian drone strike damaged CDU-6 and CDU-4 units; CDU-6 processes about 8 million tons per year (roughly 160,000 bpd) and CDU-4 about 4 million tons, with repairs potentially taking several weeks; the plant is a key Moscow fuel supplier and has faced prior drone attacks in May and July.
