Justice Sought for Mother of 3 Killed in Front of Children
Emell O. Peavy, 48, has been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of April Marie Britton, a 37-year-old mother of three in Jefferson County, Alabama. The incident, which occurred in front of Britton's children, is believed to be domestic-related.
