Chinese developer Naked Rain has unveiled Ananta, a free-to-play, open-world urban action RPG, previously known as Project Mugen. The game combines elements from popular titles like Marvel's Spider-Man and Grand Theft Auto, set in a vibrant anime world similar to Genshin Impact. Players will act as elite agents of the Anti-Chaos Directorate in Nova City, engaging in diverse activities such as skateboarding, concerts, and paranormal phenomena. An offline technical test is scheduled for January 2025 in Hangzhou, China, with pre-registration available on the Ananta website.
The urban open-world RPG previously known as Project Mugen has been officially titled Ananta, as announced by developer Naked Rain. A new trailer for the game is set to premiere on December 4. Ananta will be available on PlayStation 5, PC, iOS, and Android, and features an adventure in the vibrant city of Nova, where players act as A.C.D. Agents navigating a world where humans and Chaos coexist.
