At Netflix Is a Joke’s Night of Too Many Stars fundraiser for autism, hosted by Jon Stewart at the Hollywood Bowl, Noah Wyle joined Stewart on stage to auction a live physical examination performed by the actor in a Dr. Robby jacket. Two bidders paid $16,000 each for reflex, cognitive, and pupil checks before Wyle gave them a clean bill of health and joked about his E.R. fame. The evening mixed stand-up sets from stars like John Mulaney, Bill Burr, Ali Wong and others with other high-ticket auctions (including a Simpsons cameo and Dodgers game tickets) to benefit Next for Autism.
