British Teen Found After 6 Years Missing, Set to Return Home from France
Alex Batty, a British teenager who went missing six years ago during a holiday in Spain, has been found in France and is set to be repatriated to the United Kingdom. The 17-year-old was "abducted" by his mother at the age of 11 and has spent the past two years living a nomadic life in different areas of southern France. He was discovered by a delivery driver after escaping and will be returned to his maternal grandmother, with whom his custody was entrusted before his disappearance. The search for his mother is currently underway.
