North Penn PE teacher Jason Theodore arrested on child sex offense charges
Jason Theodore, a 54-year-old physical education teacher and coach in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, was arrested on September 25, 2026, facing felony charges for sexual offenses against three minors. Prosecutors allege Theodore abused victims between 2019 and 2023 after contacting them online, often using the pseudonym 'John.' The North Penn School District placed him on leave immediately after learning of the investigation. While officials state there is no evidence the abuse occurred on school property, the district is providing counseling resources and urging potential victims to contact police.
