
North Texas mother charged with attempted capital murder after stabbing husband and two young children
Holly Leeann Flores, 37, has been charged with two counts of attempted capital murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly stabbing her husband and two young children in Northlake, Texas, early Tuesday morning. Police responded to a 911 call around 4:20 a.m. and found the 3-year-old girl and 10-month-old boy with chest wounds, while the husband suffered head injuries. All three victims are expected to survive. Flores, who was also treated for a minor injury, is currently held in the Denton County Jail. Authorities noted that police had responded to the home for welfare concerns at least five times since March 2026.
