Microsoft's Gaming Industry Power Play: Spain's Nware Deal and UK Blockade Fallout

Microsoft has signed a 10-year deal with Spanish cloud-gaming platform Nware to bring Xbox and Activision Blizzard games to the platform, following the UK's decision to block its $69bn buyout of the "Call of Duty" maker. The European Union will decide on the deal by May 22, while the US Federal Trade Commission is also seeking to block it.
