"R.I. Senator Pleads No Contest in Car-Keying Incident with Anti-Biden Sticker"
Rhode Island Senator Josh Miller pleaded no contest to charges of vandalism and obstruction of a police officer after admitting to keying a car with an anti-Biden sticker. Miller was given a one-year filing, ordered to pay restitution to the victim, and make a donation to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. While Miller's explanation of feeling threatened was determined to be false, he has no immediate plans to resign and Senate President Dominick Ruggerio defended him as a dedicated public servant.
