Coros Pace 4 Unlocks Full Offline Mapping in Firmware Update
COROS has announced a firmware update that adds full offline mapping to the Pace 4, bringing it in line with the Pace Pro and Nomad. The maps are non-routable static images downloaded as tiles, with on-device storage limited to 4GB. While map loading speeds are similar to other COROS devices, rotation can briefly affect updates in beta. The feature is available in public beta today, but users should avoid installing new firmware right before a big race.
