Thanksgiving travel in Ohio is expected to reach record levels, with over 3.2 million residents planning to travel, marking a 2.1% increase from last year. In Columbus, nearly 47,000 will fly and over 500,000 will drive. Statewide, nearly 3 million will drive, over 275,000 will fly, and 94,000 will use other transportation. This is anticipated to be the highest Thanksgiving travel volume since 2000, according to AAA.
