Justin Ishbia to acquire White Sox in major ownership deal
Justin Ishbia, an alternate governor of the Phoenix Suns and part-owner of the White Sox, has reached a deal to potentially acquire controlling interest in the Chicago White Sox from owner Jerry Reinsdorf, with options available from 2029 to 2034, contingent on future agreements. The deal involves capital infusions and investment from the Ishbia family, with Reinsdorf retaining control until then.
