Mixed Emotions in Russian Diaspora as Ukraine Benefits from Russia Rebellion
Some members of Congress believe that the rebellion launched by paramilitary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin in Russia could benefit Ukraine's efforts to push Moscow's troops from Ukrainian territory. However, they also caution that Prigozhin is dangerous and not to be trusted. Senator Lindsey Graham called for both Putin and Prigozhin to face justice at The Hague.
