Monaco names suspect in parcel-bombing targeting Ukrainian-born oligarch
Monaco’s prosecutor said a suspect has been identified in the parcel-bomb attack that seriously wounded a sanctioned Ukraine-born magnate and two others; an arrest warrant has been issued and an Interpol Red Notice issued to pursue the suspect.
