Nurse charged with juror intimidation after photos found in deleted folder during Clancy trial
Dawn Light, a 56-year-old registered nurse from Sutton, Massachusetts, has been charged with aggravated intimidation of a juror in connection with the high-profile trial of Lindsay Clancy. Light was arrested on Tuesday outside the Plymouth courthouse after authorities discovered photos of jurors in the deleted folder of her phone. She pleaded not guilty, claiming she was attempting to photograph Clancy, not the jury. The judge denied bail, ordering Light to stay away from the courthouse and anyone associated with the trial. This incident occurred while the jury in the Clancy case, which involves charges of murdering three children, was deliberating and had previously reported a deadlock.
