Insights on SARS-CoV-2 infection and protection from multi-specific antibody platform and neonatal mouse model.

A prospective cohort study of adults with and without SARS-CoV-2 infection at 85 enrolling sites located in 33 states plus Washington, DC, and Puerto Rico has developed a definition of postacute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) using self-reported symptoms. The study identified 37 symptoms across multiple pathophysiological domains that were present more often in SARS-CoV-2–infected participants at 6 months or more after infection compared with uninfected participants. A preliminary rule for identifying PASC was derived based on a composite symptom score. The findings require iterative refinement that further incorporates clinical features to arrive at actionable definitions of PASC.
