Tesla Takes Legal Action Against Swedish Postal Agency Amid Union Dispute
Tesla has filed a lawsuit against Sweden's postal agency after mail workers refused to deliver license plates in support of striking autoworkers. The company claims that the workers' refusal is a discriminatory attack and argues that the Swedish government has a constitutional obligation to ensure plates are delivered. Around 130 workers at seven Tesla repair shops in Sweden have been on strike for the past month, demanding a collective bargaining agreement. Other unions, including dock workers, have also joined the strike in solidarity. Tesla's lawsuit aims to challenge the strict policy that requires license plates to go through the state-run postal company.
