One UI 9 finally lets Galaxy users remove SwiftKey
Samsung's One UI 9.0 now allows a full uninstall of the Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard on Galaxy devices, a change from One UI 8.5 that only let users disable or update the app; on the Galaxy S26 Ultra (One UI 9.0 Beta 5) this freed about 55MB, and some devices like the Galaxy Z Fold 8/8 Ultra may not ship with SwiftKey, reflecting shifting Samsung–Microsoft app deals.
